Adopt a Flat-coated Retriever (long coat)

Flat-coated Retriever (long coat) Dog

Brock the Dog needs a home

Brock is a gorgeous one and a half year old Flat-Coater Retriever mix who weighs 70 pounds. He has soft and shining long black hair with a pair of gorgeous brown eyes that will capture your heart!.

He is a very happy, affectionate boy who enjoys walking the greenway, trying to reach that last bit of peanut butter inside his Kong and most of all, belly rubs. He is house and crate trained. Brock has quickly learned basic manners (sit, lay down, come), is very gentle and quiet and interacts well with the other dogs in his foster home.

Brock is a great dog that would be a wonderful addition to any home.

If you are interested in adopting Brock please submit an inquiry directly with Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt.

***Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers and we require a home check for each of our adoptable pets prior to them going to their new homes, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family further than 60 miles from Charlotte is responsible for finding a representative of a rescue local to them that is willing to perform the home check. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to meet/pick up the pet as soon as the application is approved.***
